This Cool Medics Cooling Cap fits inside of a riding helmet to cool the wearer’s head while riding. Must be worn under a hard hat, helmet, baseball cap or cowboy hat to secure. All have black trim.

In clinical trials, Cool Medics was found to be 20 to 25 degrees cooler than the surrounding air temperature.
