On top of all that, the Eous Heavy Weight Turnout Blanket is completely waterproof and breathable to withstand abuse and the weather. The shoulder gusset is positioned high and forward to allow complete freedom of movement. The Eous Heavy Weight Turnout Blanket is cut high on the shoulder to fit snugly around the neck and to prevent shifting or rubbing.
