The Leader uses a special blend, ethyline propyline dimonomer solid core neoprene in combination with a thickly spun Dakron cover to create its strength and durability. If overstressed, the materials in this patented design allow it to break from the inside, with no whiplash. Other bungees explode, creating a worse behavioral problem with the possibility of serious injury.

Velcro handle for 'tying' to the hitching post at one end and a heavy-duty bull snap at the other end.
