We ship by UPS. You may choose between ground or next day air.

Items may be shipped separately. You should receive them within 8 days of ordering when shipping by ground within the continental U.S.

We stand behind our products. If you find you are not fully satisfied with anything, we will refund, replace, or exchange it for you. If you find that you do need to return something, please contact us at customerservice@smartipony.com for instructions.

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we currently only ship to the continental U.S. and Canada.

Please contact us for Canadian shipping costs since they will be different than stated.  We accept US funds only in the form of Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or USD Money Orders.  Customers are responsible for all duties/ customs/ taxes that may be charged. Allow 8 days extra on shipping times.

If paying by check or money order, or prefer to mail in your credit card info, go through checkout, then where advised print out order form and mail in with payment. Your order will be processed and shipped upon clearance of check or money order.
