We stand behind our products. If you find you are not fully satisfied with anything, we will refund, replace, or exchange it for you. If you find that you do need to return something, please contact us at customerservice@smartipony.com for instructions. See Returns & Exchanges below for more info.

Next Day Air and 3 Day Select
We love to help you get your new items as soon as possible.
Some items are not available for overnight shipment. Usually because of customization or unusual sizes.
Sometimes, usually because of inventory fluctuations, we are unable to get something into the mail for quick shipment. When this happens, please be understanding that we are doing our best to get it to you, and will notify you as soon as possible.
Please be aware that overnight and 3 day select does not run on the weekends.
Our overnight and 3 day select prices are directly from the carrier; we are not adding to them to make a profit. That wouldn't be fair to our customers.

Foreign Orders
We can ship internationally. Shipping cost are computed in checkout. Contact us by email for availability of items. Email just makes time differences easier to work with.
We accept US funds only. Customers are responsible for all duties/ customs/ taxes that may be charged. Allow 8 days extra on shipping times.

Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Checks and Money Orders. If paying by check or money order, or prefer to mail in your credit card info, go through checkout, then where advised, print out the order form and mail it in with your payment. Your order will be processed and shipped upon clearance of check or money order.

Returns and Exchanges
If something you ordered has the misfortune of not fitting right or if for any reason needs to be returned or exchanged, the first step is to contact us at customerservice@smartipony.com. We will give you a Return Authorization number and an address to return your item to. We only accept returned items if the item is still new and resellable, you will have the choice of exchange, payment returned or store credit.
Clearance items are returnable for credit only.
There will be a 10% Restocking Fee on returns after 30 days.
Shipping fees, if paid, are non-refundable.
If the return changes your original purchase from "Free Shipping" to the "pay for shipping" catagory, the original shipping charge may be deducted from the refund.
Also, they need to be in their original packaging with all tags attached or there will be a 15% repackaging fee.
